Aya and everyone else on Kagami's ship is not only surprised when they find out that Tooya alive, they also are floored on what he shows them all. Tooya lands on the boat with his wings on and as soon as he does the wings start flying towards his hands. Then that is when Ceres' mana(hagoromo) appears.
This cel is kinda strange. in the series it first shows a few cels that are of Tooya's hands and body while the feathers are flying towards his hands. Then the background goes black and the Mana appears. This is a perfect cel of the mana.
